Telangiectasia

Telangiectasia refers to small, dilated blood vessels visible near the surface of the skin or mucous membranes. They can appear as fine, red or purple lines and are commonly found on the face, neck, and chest. Telangiectasia can result from various conditions, including rosacea, systemic sclerosis, and chronic sun exposure. Treatment options include laser therapy and sclerotherapy.
