
Victoria joined TFS in July 2024 as Vice President of Clinical Development Services (CDS) Operations. Based in Norfolk, United Kingdom, Victoria plays a pivotal role in enhancing TFS’s commitment to delivering superior services and improving patient outcomes globally.
Within her role, Victoria will oversee all clinical development operations, including medical writing, project management, study start-up, drug safety and pharmacovigilance, quality, trial master file delivery, and biostatistics. Her leadership will focus on enhancing client delivery through innovative, patient-centric practices and streamlined processes. With her guidance, TFS expects to deliver faster, more reliable project outcomes and uphold the highest standards of compliance and quality.
Victoria brings more than 25 years of clinical research experience, having held senior management positions at prominent CROs, including Cmed Clinical Services and Aixial Group. Most recently, she served as Head of Project Management at Aixial Group, where she was instrumental in driving process efficiencies and ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers.
Victoria holds an MA from the University of Glasgow. Her extensive experience in CRO management teams, business process management, project and P&L financial management, and acquisition integration has equipped her with the skills necessary to lead TFS’s CDS operations. She has a proven track record in building new teams and roles, as well as developing and implementing operational models and processes that drive excellence.
