Myocardial Perfusion Imaging (MPI) is a non-invasive imaging test that assesses blood flow to the heart muscle. It involves injecting a radioactive tracer and taking images of the heart at rest and during stress to identify areas with reduced blood flow, which can indicate coronary artery disease.
