Low-Dose Computerized Tomography (LDCT) is an imaging technique that uses lower doses of radiation to create detailed images of the body’s internal structures. It is commonly used for lung cancer screening in high-risk individuals, such as long-term smokers, to detect cancer at an early, more treatable stage.
