Keratoconus

Keratoconus is a progressive eye disorder in which the cornea thins and bulges into a cone shape, leading to distorted vision. The condition typically affects both eyes and can result in significant visual impairment if left untreated. Treatment options include eyeglasses, contact lenses, and in advanced cases, corneal cross-linking or corneal transplant surgery.
