itRECIST

itRECIST (immune-related RECIST) is a set of guidelines for evaluating the response of tumors to immunotherapy in clinical trials. It adapts the traditional RECIST criteria to account for unique response patterns seen with immunotherapy, such as pseudoprogression, where tumors initially appear to grow before shrinking.
