Hyperparathyroidism

Hyperparathyroidism is a condition where the parathyroid glands produce too much parathyroid hormone (PTH), leading to elevated levels of calcium in the blood (hypercalcemia). It can cause symptoms such as weak bones, kidney stones, fatigue, and depression. Treatment may involve surgery, medications, or monitoring.
