Hypernatremia

Hypernatremia is a condition where there is an abnormally high concentration of sodium in the blood. It is often caused by dehydration, excessive sodium intake, or underlying medical conditions. Symptoms include thirst, confusion, muscle twitching, and seizures. Treatment involves gradual correction of the sodium imbalance.
