Ganglion cyst

A ganglion cyst is a noncancerous lump filled with jelly-like fluid that typically develops along the tendons or joints of the wrists or hands. It can also occur on the ankles or feet. Ganglion cysts can cause pain or discomfort, especially with movement, and may require treatment such as aspiration or surgical removal if symptomatic.
