Fingernail psoriasis is a manifestation of psoriasis that affects the nails. It can cause various changes in the nails, such as pitting, discoloration, thickening, and separation from the nail bed (onycholysis). Fingernail psoriasis can be painful and affect the appearance and function of the nails.
