NK Cells

Natural Killer (NK) cells are a type of lymphocyte in the immune system that play a crucial role in defending against tumors and viral infections. NK cells can recognize and kill abnormal cells without prior sensitization. They are involved in the innate immune response and are being studied for their potential in immunotherapy.
