In the dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding world of clinical research, the experiences of employees significantly contribute to the overall success and reputation of contract research organizations (CROs). Moreover, employee feedback serves as a critical factor in understanding the work culture and ethos of a CRO, especially for potential candidates evaluating a position within the organization. However, employers can also take advantage of this feedback shared by their employees, using it to drive their dedication to continuously evolving and adapting to their employees’ needs and expectations. Read on as we take a candid look at the employee experiences within ten top CROs thriving in 2024, in no particular order, based on feedback shared via the job search platform, Glassdoor.
